• This is a "Double Eliminator" survivor pool. 
• You pick 1 major league baseball team per week and they need to win at least half of their games for you to NOT to receive a stike. 
  • If they win less than 1/2 their games (less than 50%) you will recieve a strike. 
  • Once you have recived 2 Strikes, you are Eliminated.
• You may only pick a team once for the duration of the pool.  For example, if you pick the Rockies in week 1, you can never pick them again.
• For the purposes of this pool, a week starts on Monday 1:00 PM Mountain and ends the following Monday at the same time.
• Cost is $25 per entry (Multiple Entries are Allowed).

HOW DO I JOIN:

• Click here to join. If you have not registered before with www.officefootballpools.com then you will be asked to register. If you have already registered, just login.
• The pool begins on Monday, June 7th, and ends when their is a SOLE SURVIVOR or the season ends.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST:

• The pool entry fee is $25 per entry. Multiple entries per person ARE allowed.

WHAT ARE THE DEADLINES:

• For the purposes of this pool, a week starts on Monday 8:00 AM Eastern and ends the following Monday at the same time.

PICK DEADLINE:
The pick deadline for this pool is set by the pool manager and it can change from week to week depending on the schedule and whether the manager chooses to change it.  However, once a game starts, picks for the teams involved in that game are locked and can't be changed or entered.  You can only enter or change picks for teams that haven't started playing that week.

ENTERING PICKS:

• Each person will be responsible for entering their own picks on the website.  To enter picks, you need to sign into the website with your own personal screen name and password and go to My Picks for the picksheet. 

CONFIRMING PICKS:

• It is the responsibility of all players to confirm that their picks are accepted properly by the website. 
• There are many ways to do this. 
  • One, is to get a pick confirmation email.  When entering picks, check the box to receive a pick confirmation and the website will send it to your registered email address. 
  • The second way to confirm that your pick was accepted is to return to the picksheet, not by using your browser's back button, but by clicking on the PICKS link.  If your pick was accepted it will be prefilled on the picksheet. 
  • A third way to confirm your pick is to check the standings page.  If your pick is in, it will show up on the standings or poolwide picks page.

WINNING THE POOL:

• The winner is the person who advances to the latest week.  If 2 or more people are eliminated in the same week, it's a tie, regardless of the day or time they are eliminated.

WHEN WILL I BE PAID:

• Cash prize winners will receive their winnings within a maximum of 15 days from the date in which they won their prize. Please refer to the payout time frame below:
  • PAYPAL: 5 - 10 days.
  • Check: 10 - 20 days.

PRIVACY

• You must provide a full name and email address in order to join the pool.  Don't worry though: 
  • These will never be displayed on the site.  Only your anonymous username/alias will appear in the standings.
  • 232 Office Pools will NEVER sell or distribute the contact information of our members to a third-party.
  • I do send occasional emails regarding our upcoming pools.  To stop receiving these, let me know.

MESSAGE BOARD:

• On each pool page, we have a message board called the Trash Talk Board where you can chat with other players and do a little bragging/trash talking.
• Please keep it clean, fun, and friendly.
• If you go too far and attack or harass another player, you will be removed from the pool without a refund!

I reserve the right to make changes to the Rules midway through the competition in order to maintain the integrity and fairness of the pool.  This could include adding new rules, doing away with rules, and making changes to incorrect results or standings.  Changes will only be made if absolutely necessary, and we will hold a vote for any major issues, if possible.  Any changes to the picks or results will be flagged in the Standings, so you will know if any changes are made.
